1. Acceptance of Terms

You retain ownership of content you provide (show metadata, text, images, and other materials). You grant us a limited license to host, display, reproduce, and process your content solely to operate and improve the Service, including syncing from your RSS feed and serving your published site to visitors.

You represent that you have the rights to use and publish your content and that it does not infringe third-party rights or violate applicable law.

  • Upload malware or attempt to disrupt or reverse engineer the platform
  • Infringe intellectual property or privacy rights of others

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout or in your account. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Prices and features may change with notice where required by law. Taxes may apply.

Refunds are handled according to our refund policy stated at purchase or in your account. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started, except where required by law.

7. Custom Domains and Third-Party Services

If you connect a custom domain or third-party integration, you are responsible for DNS configuration, renewal, and compliance with those providers' terms. We are not liable for issues caused by third-party services outside our control.

8. Service Availability

We strive for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, outages, or force majeure may affect availability. We are not liable for downtime beyond what applicable law requires.

9. Intellectual Property

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW.
